Bacon Egg & Cheese Casserole WW Plus+ = 5



Ingredients:

Non-Stick cooking spray
2 whole eggs
2 egg whites
1-1/2 cups skim milk
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
6 cups multi-grain bread cubes
8 slices cooked bacon, chopped
1 cup shredded 2% Cheddar cheese, divided

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350º F.

2. In a large bowl whisk first 4 ingredients together until blended. Add bread cubes, bacon and
1/2 cup of the cheese; stir to evenly moisten bread.

3. Pour into a 9 inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with remaining cheese.

4. Bake 35 minutes or until center is set. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Yield: 8 equal size servings
