Ingredients:
1 Individual size Angel food cake (check the points on yours, mine was 3 points)
Sugar free Jello (any flavour, I used strawberry)
2 Tbsp fat free cool whip
Fresh strawberry
Directions:
Dissolve your jello in 1 cup boiling hot water, then add 1/2 cup cold water.
Place your cake in a small bowl (cereal size bowl or smaller)
Take 1/2 cup (more or less) of your jello and slowly pour all over cake.
Make sure there is enough jello left in the bowl for the cake to sit in a small amount of a jello pool.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
The jello should have all soaked up into the cake.
Top with cool whip and strawberry.
