1/2 cup(s) (chopped) unsalted pecan halves, chopped
6 Tbsp regular butter
8 oz low fat cream cheese
1 cup(s) powdered sugar
1 serving(s) lemon pudding mix sugar free fat free, 1 box
2 serving(s) lemon pudding mix sugar free fat free, 1 box
2 3/4 cup(s) fat free skim milk
Instructions
Mix flour, butter and pecans till crumbly. Bake at 325 for 15 min or until crust is set and light brown. Cool Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar , and 1 cup of cool whip. Spread over crust. Layer 2- Mix 2 pudding mixes and 2 3/4 cup of skim milk. spread over layer 1. Top with 2 cups of cool whip for layer 3. I eliminate the nuts on the top for decoration.
