Ingredients

1 cup flour
1/2 cup finely chopped slivered almonds
1/4 cup margarine, melted
1 pkg (8 oz) fat-free cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 cups sugar-free frozen whipped topping,
thawed & divided

2 boxes (1.4 oz each) chocolate sugar-free
instant pudding

3 cups skim milk

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350º F.

2. Mix together the flour, nuts and margarine; press onto bottom of 13 by 9 inch pan.
Bake 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool.

3. Beat together the cream cheese and powdered sugar with mixer until well blended.
Stir in 1 cup of the thawed whipped topping; spread over crust.

4. Beat together the pudding mix and milk with a wire whisk for 2 minutes.
Spread over the cream cheese layer. Top with remaining whipped topping

5. Refrigerate several hours before serving. Cut into 12 evenly sized squares.
