Banana Cream Pie WW PointsPlus = 5 per serving

Banana Cream Pie is an easy and delicious recipe for fabulous pie. It is also a healthy recipe that is low in fat, low in calories and has NO cholesterol. Made with fat-free, sugar free pudding and skim milk in a low fat graham cracker crust to keep it healthy. It is a Weight Watchers (5) PointsPlus recipe also. Banana Cream Pie will be loved by family, friends and guests.

INGREDIENTS:banana-cream-pie

2  medium size ripe bananas, sliced
1 ready-to-use reduced-fat graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz)
2-1/2 cups cold skim milk
2 (4 serving size) boxes fat-free sugar-free vanilla instant pudding mix
2 cups thawed fat-free whipped topping (such as Cool Whip Free), divided


DIRECTIONS:

1. Place half of the banana slices on bottom of crust. Set remaining banana slices aside.

2. Pour milk into a large bowl. Add dry pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes or until well blended. Gently stir in 1 cup of the whipped topping. Spoon half of the pudding mixture into crust. Top with remaining banana slices; cover with remaining pudding mixture.

3. Refrigerate 3 hours or until set. Serve topped with the remaining 1 cup whipped topping. Store leftover pie in refrigerator.
