Ingredients

2 cups white flour
⅓ cup white sugar
1t baking powder
½t baking soda
½ cup unsweetened applesauce
3 mashed banana’s
1 egg and 1 egg white
¼ cup mini chocolate chips



Instructions

Preheat oven to 350F
Mix dry ingredients together and then add wet, fold in chocolate chips.
Pour into sprayed large loaf pan and bake for 40-45 minutes.. Yields 10 slices at 4 points plus per slice.
Store in a sealed container in the fridge for best results.
