3 cup bran cereal, such as Fiber One or All-Bran Original
1 box (19 oz) fat-free blueberry muffin mix
12 cup hot water
12 tsp baking powder

Directions


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C) or the temperature listed on the muffin mix box. Spray 18 muffin cups with nonstick cooking spray or line with paper liners.
  2. In a bowl, mix together bran cereal and hot water, then set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl, stir together baking powder and muffin mix. Stir in bran cereal and water until well combined. Evenly divide batter among the prepared muffin cups.
  4. Bake according to the muffin mix box directions.
